摘要： PURPOSE:To transfer an ink layer and impregnate a dye into the inner surface of a container by contacting a transfer sheet sequentially formed with a sublimed dye ink layer and a resin adhesive layer on a base through an adhesive layer with the surface of a resin container or the like coated with aluminum deposited film on the back surface thereof and heating it. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet A is fabricated by sequentially forming a desired pattern of ink layer 2 containing resin having release property from a base 1 and two or more types of sublimed disperse dyes having different dye impregnation degrees, and a resin adhesive layer 3 on the base 1 made of thermoplastic film. The layer 3 surface of the sheet A is contacted then and heated on the surface of a transparent resin container or the like 5 coated with aluminum deposited film 4 on the back surface thereof to thereby transfer the layers 3 and 2 onto the surface of the container 5 from the sheet A. The container is then heated impregnate the sublimed dye into the surface and inside surface of the container 5 to thereby form an impregnated picture 6, and the layers 3 and 2 are then removed from the surface of the container 5.

Heat and transfer the adhesive layer and ink layer. The dry heating method permeate the dye deeply into the film with the result that the pattern is transferred.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a copy transferring material that transfers a special loose layer, patterned ink layer and adhesive resin layer to a plane, cylindrical captioned material prepared on the basic material consisting of twin-screw drawn polyester film. CONSTITUTION:On the basic material consisting of twin-screw drawn polyester film, a loose layer 3 of compound consisting of loose PVC rubber, or acrylic resin and cellulose resin is formed. The loose layer 2 is printed with ink layer 3 for desired pattern using the ink including acrylic resin and sublimate dispersed dye. Then acrylic resin adhesive layer 4 is uniformly print-coated to cover the ink layer 3 with the resulting formation of copy transferring material A. Adhesive layer 4 of this copy transferring material A is hot pressed on a transferring material 5 consisting of anode aluminum oxide. After dry heating, dye in the ink layer 3 is transferred via adhesive layer 4 to form a pattern 7.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a transcribing material to be used for transcription onto a material composed of a plane or a cylindrical anodized aluminum material by using special composition for film, ink and adhesive so that transcription can be made with simplicity, high efficiency and good reproducibility of many colors and delicate patterns. CONSTITUTION:On a base plate 2 composed of a 2 axially stretched polyster or other plastic film, an ink layer 3 of a desired pattern is formed by printing using an ink containing acrylic resin, which is exfoliatable to this base plate 2, cellulose system resin and subliming dispersion pigment, and then, a transcribing material 1 is composed in such a manner as to cover the thus prepared ink layer 3 with an acrylic system resin or a polyamid resin adhesive layer by print coating. After the adhesive layer 4 of the transcribing material 1 is thermally pressed onto an anodized aluminum material 5 (to receive transcription), the base material 2 is exfoliated, a dying pattern 7 is formed on the transcription-receiving material 5 through a dying adhesive layer 6, and then, the layer 4 is removed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform position matching always correctly by arranging an apparatus for reading out each mark formed on two sheets and adjusting the tension at least on one sheet by the signals from both sheets. CONSTITUTION:The marks formed on a first transfer paper 1 and a second transfer paper 3 are read out by pulse pick-ups 10 and 20 respectively. The tension of each transfer paper is detected by each tension pick-up 9, 19, and the signals are transmitted to clutches 7 and 18, and the tension is controlled by nip rolls 5 and 16 which communicate to clutches. Then, the tension on a cluth 2 to be transferred is detected by a pick-up 15 and controlled by a clutch 14. Thus, the first and the second transfer papers 1 and 3 and the cloth 2 to be transferred are superimposed and detected by a pulse generator 21 and contacted under pressure with a heater roller 22, so the generation of slip is prevented.
