    • PURPOSE:To effect a smooth mixing of a concentrated liquid from a high temperature heat exchanger and a medium concentrated liquid from a low temperature regenerator and enhance the heat transmitting performance of such mixture in a low temperature heat exchanger by providing a medium concentrated liquid pump in an intermediate concentrated liquid pipe for a low temperature regenerator to a low temperature heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerant vapor from a high temperature regenerator 1 is separated by a gas-liquid separator 2 and heats a diluted liquid in a low temperature regenerator 3 so as to be condensed into a liquid. The refrigerant vapor produced in the low temperature regenerator 3 is liquefied in a condenser 8, the refrigerant liquid is dispersively dropped by an evaporator 17 and, by the resulting gasification, the cold water passing through a tube is cooled. A concentrated liquid from the high temperature regenerator 1, after passage through a high temperature heat exchanger 4, is introduced into an outlet pipe of a medium concentrated liquid pump 6, mixed with a medium concentrated liquid sent out form the low temperature regenerator 3 and delivered to a low temperature heat exchanger 5. Since the mixed concentrated liquid is forced into the low temperature heat exchanger 5 by the discharge pressure of the medium concentrated liquid pump 6, the heat transmitting perfor mance of the low temperature heat exchanger 5 is enhanced and a low heat transmitting area can be reduced. By an appropriate control of the amount of a diluted liquid flowing into the high temperature regenerator 1, the startup of the operation can be made smooth.

    • PURPOSE:To improve heat efficiency and make compact a regenerator device by providing inner line blocking plates and outer line blocking plates among inner line fluid tubes in fluid tubes and among outer line fluid tubes in the same, and an upper communication part on the tops of the inner line blocking plates and a lower communication part on the bottoms of the outer line blocking plates. CONSTITUTION:Combustion gas produced in a burner 10 moves upward in a parallel flow heat exchanger 5. The combustion gas at the top of the parallel flow heat exchanger 5 traverses an upper communication part and is separated to both sides of the same, and is lowered to exchange heat with the fluid moving upward in the fluid tube 3 upon its traversing the upper communication path 7. The combustion gas is lowered along between the inner line fluid tubes 3a and the outer line fluid tubes 3b. Further, since a fin is mounted on the fluid tube 3b in the lower communication part 8, the combustion gas moves upward while being sufficiently absorbed in its heat upon its traversing the lower communication part 8 and is discharged through an exhaust vent in an exhaust part 11. Heat exchange of the fluid moving along the fluid tube 3 with the combustion gas can be altered to a parallel flow type, a cross type, and a counter flow type as the gas temperature is lowered to result in the number of paths increased, and so heat efficiency is greatly improved.

    • PURPOSE:To improve a partial load efficiency by a method wherein a speed changing means fixed to a rotation inputting part of a compressor is changed over to change the turn-down ratio of the compressor. CONSTITUTION:Pulleys 11 and 12 having the same diameter are fixed to a driving rotational shaft 10 of a gas engine. A large diameter input pulley 14 and a small diameter input pulley 15 are fixed in two stages to an input rotary shaft 13 at a compressor Pulleys 11 and 15 and pulleys 12 and 14 are connected by each of belts 16 and 17, thereby a rotation of the gas engine is transmitted to the compressor. A turn-down ratio at the compressor is expanded by changing a rotational ratio between the engine and the compressor. For example, in the case that the number of rotations of the engine is 1000 to 3000rpm (the turn-down ratio of 3), the speed changing means is set in such a way that the rotational ratio between the engine and the compressor is set to have two stages of 1.2 and 1.6, the number of rotation of the compressor becomes 1200 to 4800rpm and the turn-down ratio becomes 4. As a result, it is possible to improve a partial load efficiency.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the capacity control range by providing two outdoor heat exchangers, and using one of the exchangers as an evaporator at the time of cooling or as a condenser at the time of heating when air conditioning load is a set value or less. CONSTITUTION:At the time of heating with high load, refrigerant fed from a compressor 2 is fed through a four-way valve 5, an indoor heat exchanger gas line 4, indoor units 12, a receiver tank 9, a main outdoor heat exchanger line 3 and a suboutdoor heat exchanger line 3a, a main outdoor heat exchanger 6a and a sub outdoor heat exchanger 6b, a bypass line 15 and the valve 5 to the compressor 2, the exchangers 6a, 6b are used as evaporators to maintain a heating capacity large. On the other hand, at the time of heating with low load, the refrigerant fed to the line 4 is branched to the unit 12 side and the line 15 side as it is, the exchanger 6b is used as the condenser, thereby reducing the heating capacity.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent one from feeling hot or cold with the temperature of outside air by correcting a setting temperature based on a temperature detected with an outside air temperature detection sensor so as to calculate a target temperature and controlling an air conditioning system based on this target temperature. CONSTITUTION:Cooling operation is carried out by circulating refrigerant in indoor equipment 2 by way of a pipeline 3 with a compressor incorporated in outdoor equipment 1. During this operation, a control circuit 8 in the indoor equipment 2 shifts a setting temperature to a lower value in the case when the open air temperature input from an outside air temperature detection sensor 6 is higher than the setting temperature, which applies to cooling operation. In the case of heating, the setting temperature is shifted to a higher value when the outside air temperature is lower than the setting temperature. This makes is possible to prevent from feeling hot or cold with the outside air temperature during cooling and hating operation.
