摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title apparatus capable of easily controlling the sprinkling amount of a chemical agent by stopping the sprinkling of the chemical agent by a sprinkling stopping means when the weight of the chemical agent calculated by a weight detection means and a sprinkling amount operation means reaches a prescribed sprinkling amount. CONSTITUTION:When a handle 19 is operated to open a main valve 10 and the sprinkling start switch of an input apparatus 24 is operated, a sprinkling stopping valve 12 is opened through a comparing control circuit 14 and the chemical liquid in a chemical liquid cylinder 8 is energized by compressed air to be sprinkled to an object 19 to be sprinkled from a sprinkling nozzle 15 through the sprinkling stopping valve 12 and a rubber hose 16. The wt. change of the chemical liquid cylinder 8 is detected by a wt. detection meter 20 and supplied to a sprinkling amount operating circuit 23 as a wt. detection signal to operate the wt. reduction quantity of the chemical liquid cylinder 8. The comparing control circuit 14 compares a sprinkled amount P with the prescribed sprinkling amount N stored in a memory 26 and, at the time of P>=N, said circuit 14 supplies a drive signal to close the sprinkling stopping valve 12. By this method, the sprinkling of the chemical liquid is stopped at the point of time when it reaches the prescribed sprinkling amount N.

An air separator 8 provided in the pipeline 6 is connected to a mist tank 14 through a mist recovery pipe 12. And a shut-off valve 15 and an oil sensing device 16 for sensing oil leaking from the separator 8 are provided in the pipe 12. When leak of oil is sensed by the device 16, the valve 15 effects a valve closing operation upon valve closing signals from an emergency cutoff control device 17 to prevent oil from flowing into the mist tank 14.

Thus taken-out key 16A from a key taking-out machine 18 is used to unlock a tank lock 15A of an underground tank and unchain a chain 25, whereby a lid 14 is opened and an oil sending hose is connected to an oil pouring port for gasoline and an oil sending port 3A of the hatch 2A.
