    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring device which reduces operating staff's burden in monitoring of processes, assists his judgment, and is some help for realizing the operation management independent of personal skills.
      SOLUTION: The plant monitoring device is provided with a process value storage device which stores a series of process values which have been previously specified to vary associated with process variation; a status decision means which decides the statuses of the stored series of process values at each unit time; a status decision criterion input means which inputs criteria for deciding the statuses; a status storage device which stores the decided series of statuses; a status time delay correction means which corrects the time delay of the status; a status consistency decision means which decides the consistency of the series of statuses for which time delays have been corrected; and a notification means which notifies the decision result.
