The counter electrode substrate is formed of any one of Al, Cu, Ag, Au or SUS, the corrosion-resistant conductive layer is formed of any one of Ti, Cr, Ni, Nb, Mo, Ru, Rh, Ta, W, In, Pt or hastelloy, and the conductive catalyst layer is formed of any one of carbon, Tu, Rh, Pd, Os, Ir, Pt or conductive polymer, respectively.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocell module and a manufacturing method of the photocell, capable of simplifying a manufacture process.
      SOLUTION: The photocell module has a transparent conductor layer 5 installed on an electrode side substrate 12, a porous semiconductor layer 7 installed on the transparent conductor layer 5, and a counter electrode layer 9 installed separated from the porous semiconductor layer 7, and has a cell barrier rib 6 which is installed on the electrode side substrate 12 and surrounds the surroundings of the porous semiconductor layer 7. In the sensitized solar cell module 11, an electrolyte solution 10 is impregnated into the porous semiconductor layer 7 and the counter electrode layer 9, and a liquid sealing material is arranged so as to seal the electrolyte solution 10 covering the upper part of the cell barrier rib 6 and the liquid sealing material is solidified.
