摘要： PURPOSE:To maintain good film properties with respect to hardness, workability and the like and permit adhesiveness and stain resistance to occur side by side by causing the extreme surface of an outermost layer film to contain a melanin resin at a ratio of 70% or less in a coated steel sheet having a paint layer containing a polyester resin and a melanin resin. CONSTITUTION:With respect to the extreme surface of a hardening film comprising a polyester/melanin type paint, adhesiveness of the film is subjected to the influence of a ratio of a melanin resin contained in the extreme surface. When more than a specific ratio of the melanin resin is contained, adhesiveness is insufficient. Futhermore, on the film surface, adhesiveness and stain resistance each are the surface properties of the film. But the thickness of the film concerning the adhesiveness and the stain resistance are different, that is, the adhesiveness is a property of the extreme surface while the stain resistance is a surface property in the layer of the film of a slightly greater thickness. Thus, stain resistance remains unaffected by an attempt to improve the properties of the extreme surface. Accordingly, a coated steel sheet having the outermost layer film comprising a paint of polyester resin and melanin resin is caused to have the extreme surface of the outermost layer film thereof containing the melanin resin at a ratio of 70% or less to make a steel sheet for use in adhesion.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a coated steel sheet with high surface adhesion by arranging a polyester resin layer or an epoxy resin layer with a thickness of 30A or larger and 1mum or smaller as a primer layer on the surface between a material steel sheet and an organic resin coat. CONSTITUTION:A material steel sheet is allowed to pass through a solution of polyester resin diluted using polar organic solvent to form a polyester resin layer or an epoxy resin layer with a thickness of 30Angstrom or larger and 1mum or smaller on the surface of the steel sheet. Next, the steel sheet is coated with an organic resin coating material to obtain a coated steel sheet with high surface adhesion between the material steel sheet and the coat. The recommended solvent for dilution is methyl chloride, carbon tetrachloride or chloroform as a halogenated hydrocarbon solvent. The best suited method of forming a polyester resin or an epoxy resin film as an organic first layer is to allow the material steel sheet to pass through a solution of polyester resin or epoxy resin. In addition, the recommended organic resin coating material is urethane, epoxy, acrylic or polyester resin.
