    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water stop construction in an anchor construction in which the water stop function is not deteriorated event when a tension member is tensed. SOLUTION: A tension member (PC stranded wire 1) to be inserted into an anchor installed hole, an anchoring device for fixing the tension member to one end side of the anchor installation hole and grout 2 to be filled between the anchor installation hole and tension member are provided. At one end side of the tension member, the grout 2 and the tension member are isolated and a free length portion is formed, at the other end side, the tension member is anchored with the grout 2 and an anchored length portion is formed. The boundary between the free length portion and the anchored length portion is sequentially covered with an adhesive 4 and a thermal shrinkage tube 5. An insulation layer 6 for isolating the thermal shrinkage tube 5 and the grout 2 are provided. When the tension member is tensed, the direct adhesion force between the thermal shrinkage tube 5 and the grout 2 is lost and thus adhesion force at the interface between the tension member and the adhesive 4 or the interface between the thermal shrinkage tube 5 and the adhesive 4 does not show a considerable change and thus the water stopping property can be maintained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a covering without damaging a corrosion prevention layer, and remove the covering at the position almost corresponding to an opening of an anchor hole by making the inside diameter of each inner peripheral blade, which is equipped with a pair of semi-circle inner peripheral blades and its heating means and is closably constituted, smaller than the inside diameter of an enclosure of the steel material and bigger than the outside diameter of a core material of the steel material. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with one pair of semi-circle inner peripheral blades 1, and carrying handles 2 integrated with each of the inner peripheral blades 1. A supporting axis 3 is provided between the inner peripheral blades 1 and the carrying handles 2, so that the inner peripheral blades 1 can be opened/closed by opening/closing the carrying handles 2. Each of the inner peripheral blades 1 is formed into a semi-circle shape, and a circular spacing 4 is constituted when one pair of the inner peripheral blades 1 are closed. The inside diameter of the circular spacing 4 is smaller than the inside diameter of the enclosure of an unbond PC steel stranded wire to be a cutting object, but bigger than the outside diameter of a core material of the stranded wire. Additionally, the inner peripheral blade 1 has a heater for heating the inner peripheral blade 1 to the temperature above the softening point of the covering, and it is preferable that the heater is built in the inner peripheral blade 1.
