    • PURPOSE:To apply stable rotational servo by providing a counter means reset by a detecting signal output from a Hall element and injecting rotational nonuniformity information corresponding to one revolution acquired from the counter means into the servo-loop on a driver circuit. CONSTITUTION:A means 31 obtaining detecting signals corresponding to the rotational magnetic field of a rotor magnet 20A detected from Hall elements H1-H3 and means 34A, 34B inputting an output from the detecting means 31 to a counter means 33, arithmetically operating rotational nonuniformity information from the count value of the counter means 33 and storing rotational nonuniformity information corresponding to at least one revolution are provided. A control means 34 inputting rotational nonuniformity information to a speed servo-circuit 10 while being synchronized with the rotational phase of the rotor magnet from the storage means 34A is furnished. Accordingly, the output signals of the Hall elements H1-H3 are injected to the servo-circuit as FG signals, and a servo system controlling speed while suppressing rotational nonuniformity can be constructed, thus stabilizing the operation of the servo system.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus in which an error due to the jitters is not generated in a reproducing operation and which can record a good information signal by a method wherein a semiconductor laser and a light-emitting-output control circuit are provided and the servo band of the light-emitting-output control circuit is specified. SOLUTION: A reference voltage VR is supplied, via a resistance R1 having a prescribed resistance value, to the inverting input terminal (-) of a comparator IC1. The inverting input terminal (-) of the comparator IC1 is connected, via a capacitor C1, to the output terminal of the comparator IC1, and it is connected, via a resistance R4, to the output terminal of the comparator IC1. A prescribed voltage is supplied to the noninverting terminal (+) of the comparator IC1 via a photodiode PD for a front APC, and the noninverting terminal is grounded via a resistance R3. The output terminal of the comparator IC1 is connected, via a resistance R5 having a prescribed resistance value, to the base terminal of a PNP transistor TR1.

    • PURPOSE:To continuously vary the amount of delay and to realize a cheap device. CONSTITUTION:A clock duty is controlled to a prescribed value by a clock duty control circuit 41 corresponding to a reference voltage set by setting circuit 42. A clock generated by the clock duty control circuit 41 is supplied to a modulator 3 and a NOR circuit 32. The modulator 3 modulates recorded data based on this clock. The modulated data is inverted by an inverter 31 and then supplied to the NOR circuit 32. The NOR circuit 32 calculates the NOR of the inputted data from the inverter 31 and the clock supplied from the clock duty control circuit 41. After the calculated output is delayed by a prescribed time through a delay line 33, is supplied to one of the inputs of an AND circuit 35 through the inverter 34. The output of the NOR circuit 32 is directly supplied to the other input of the AND circuit 35. The AND circuit 35 calculates and outputs the AND of both inputs.
