摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently separate solid from liq. and to concentrate the sludge generated in a sewage disposal plant regardless of the properties of the sludge. SOLUTION: This device consists of a waste liq. chamber 8 having a waste liq. inlet 9 and a concd. waste liq. outlet 10, a filtrate chamber 11 having a filtrate outlet 12, a filter means 15 provided in the waste liq. chamber 8 and having a filter cloth 18 for filtering the waste liq. supplied to the waste liq. chamber 8 and a cleaning means 19 for cleaning the filter cloth 18. At least one protrusion 13 protruding into the waste liq. chamber 8 is formed in the waste liq. chamber 8, an opening 14 communicating with the waste liq. chamber 8 is furnished to the protrusion 13, and the filter cloth 18 travels while covering the opening 14. In this waste liq. treating device, a flocculant adding means 20 is provided to add a flocculant to the waste liq. supplied in the waste liq. chamber 8.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for dewatered-sludge-incineration flue gas whereby incineration ash with a low heavy metal content can be recovered and the dust load on a heat transfer surface can be decreased. SOLUTION: A flue gas from a fluidized bed incinerator 1 for incinerating dewatered sludge is introduced into a high-temperature dust collector 10 equipped with e.g. a honeycomb-type ceramic filter to be subjected to high- temperature dust collection at 800 deg.C or higher. Since a heavy metal is gasified at such a temperature, incineration ash with a low heavy metal content can be recovered. Then, the heat possessed by the flue gas is recovered by a waste heat boiler 3, and the gas is desulfurized and desalted with a flue gas treatment tower 5 and exhausted into the air.

SOLUTION: Manhole base stations 1a, 1b are respectively provided with antennas connected to radio wave transceivers. The transceivers are mutually connected through an optical fiber cable network 5. Buildings 2, roads 3, mobile terminals 4, and a medium center 7 are respectively arranged. A radio wave repeater 8 for repeating communication between the manhole base station 1 and the mobile terminal 4 is arranged on the upper part of a road intersection or the like. A radio wave transmitted from a certain manhole base station 1 is received by an antenna of the repeater 8, and frequency conversion and amplifying processing are executed in the repeater 8 and the processed radio wave is transmitted again from the antenna to the road and transmitted to the terminal 4.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insolubilize heavy metals such as arsenic, selenium or the like in incineration ash of sewage sludge simply and efficiently at a low cost. SOLUTION: Especially, in the treatment of incineration ash of sewage sludge, heavy metals such as arsenic, selenium or the like contained in raw incineration ash are insolubilized by performing either one of a treatment process (1) wherein a ferric sulfate solution is added to and mixed with the incineration ash and the resulting mixture is heat-treated, a treatment process (2) wherein the ferric sulfate solution is added to and mixed with the incineration ash and the resulting mixture is allowed L stand to be heat-treated, a treatment process (3) wherein a solution of ammonium sulfate or ammonium sulfate and ammonia is added to and mixed with the incineration ash and the resulting mixture is heat-treated and the ferric sulfate solution is further added to and mixed with the treated mixture and the whole is heat-treated, a treatment process (4) wherein the solution of ammonium sulfate or ammonium sulfate and ammonia is added to and mixed with the incineration ash and the resulting mixture is heat-treated and the ferric sulfate solution is further added to and mixed with the treated mixture and the whole is allowed to stand to be heattreated and a treatment process (5) wherein the pH control agent is added to the matter obtained after the treatment processes (1)-(4), corresponding to the properties of the incineration ash.

SOLUTION: After slaked lime is added to and mixed with sewage sludge incineration ash containing arsenic of an elution amount of 0.1 mg/l or more by 1 to 5 wt.%, the mixture is injected from a burner 7 disposed in a melting furnace 4 together with a part of combustion air, and the injected mixture is melted in a floating state with a combustion flame of the burner 7 and then cooled in the floating state into a spherical powder slag.

SOLUTION: The information sent from a media center, etc., via an optical fiber 3 are reproduced by an optical receiver 4 and converted into the 1st optical signals 11. The signals 11 are sent to a 1st optical space receiver 12 which is built into the bottom surface of a manhole cover 1 included in a drainage ditch 2 from a 1st optical space transmitter 10. On the other hand, the information received from the outside are sent to a 2nd optical space receiver 15. Thus the information are transmitted in a drainage space by means of the signals 11 and therefore a manhole antenna device can be inspected and repaired without removing the fiber 3.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a beam along a road and to increase the directivity along the road by combining the element antennas having no horizontal in-plane directivity and placing this antenna combination at the vertices of a regular square having its sides of a specific value. SOLUTION: Four element antennas 3 having no horizontal in-plane directivity are placed at the vertices of a regular square 5 having its sides of 1√2 wavelength, so that the line connecting the intersecting point of diagonals of the square 5 to the middle point of every side of the square 5 is set in parallel to a road. The the antennas 3 are excited in the same amplitude and the same phase. The horizontal in-plane directivity has characteristic to radiate four beams in directions of 0 deg., ±90 deg. and 180 deg., and the horizontal in-plane directivity gain is set at 4.2dB. The directivity gain can be increased toward the road when four beams are formed along the road with 90 deg. distances secured among them. Furthermore, it is possible to form two beams along the road and separate from each other by a 180 deg. distance by changing the combination of antennas 3, the exciting phases of the antennas 3, etc.
