摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally form a free curved face as a face element in a structure by an industrial method. SOLUTION: Panels 1 corresponding to small partitions obtained by dividing a target free curved face into many small partitions are manufactured, and these panels are mutually connected at desired angles to form a pseudo-curved face S which substantially coincides with the target free curved face. A hook 3b is provided on each side of the panel, and the hooks are mutually engaged in such a manner that a connection angle can be freely adjusted in retation to a connection member 4 to connect the panels mutually at a desired angle. A panel provided with a hook 3b on each side of a triangular panel main body 2 like a flat plate is used as the panel 1. A honeycomb panel using a honeycomb member as a core member 2a with a face plate 2b attached to its surface is used as the panel main body 2.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a connection between pannels easy in adjustment of interpannel angle by holding a protrusive circular arc part provided at an edge member of a pannel between an outer interconnection member and an inner interconnection member, and fastening it thereby. SOLUTION: A protrusion 11 integrally formed with an outer circumferential suface of an edge member 6 protrudes to the inward direction of the pannel 2 to form a semi-circular arc shaped circular arc surface whose section is open inward. An outer interconnection member 12 has a main body 14 and a flange 15 protruding from its outer end at both sides to the direction of inner surface of the pannel 2, and an inner interconnection member 13 has a flange 17 protruding outward at both sides of a main body 16. A circular arc part of the protrusion 11 of the opposite edge members 6 of the adjacent pannels 2 is held between the members 12, 13 and the face angle between the pannels is adjusted, then a bolt 18 is inserted into the main bodies 14, 16 and tightened. Since the protrusion 11 is brought into contact with the circular arc surface of the members 12, 13 rotation and slipping off thereof can be prevented by the tighting. The structure of connection is simple and the angle of pannel surface can be adjusted easily.

CONSTITUTION: When assembling a side frame 30, for example, a reinforcing board 36 with a nut installed to a front post 32 holds a nut at a desired position. A notched part 33d of the beam 33 is engaged with a projected part 31d of the post 31 where the posts 31 and 32 are adapted to hold the desired positions while the grooves 33a and 34a restrain the bolt 35, thereby enhancing the stiffness of the frame 20. This construction makes it possible to prevent the head of the bolt from being exposed, and what is more, to enhance workability and stiffness as well.

On the inside face of the lower end of the guide rails 2 a wind-up device 11 is stored in a spiral form in the center of a casing, and a spiral spring which is energized in the direction of winding up is provided. A string material 22 is fastened to a wind-up wheel 14, and the delivery lead wire 9 which is loosely and spirally wound around the string material 22 is wound up together with the string shaped body 22 by the wind-up device 11.
