Thus, the position information of the workers can be detected from the intrinsic information obtained through the receivers 8 in real time and the communication with the respective workers can be performed by using the portable telephone sets 6. Thus, the complete information of staff can be surely and quickly grasped and reported even at the time of emergency.

By using a reader/writer 3, node information are written to the memories 4 corresponding to respective nodes (a)-(g). The connection information between nodes is read into the reader/writer 3, the memory storing information of respective nodes and the position information on the board are read from the head of the electronic blackboard 1 into a data processor 2, the information of the data processor 2 and the information of the reader/writer 3 are transferred to a general purpose computer and the general purpose computer prepares the process table and printing and outputting are executed. Thus, even if a process management table which is changed, corrected and deformed on the board is prepared, the arranged process management table can be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the control of a work center based on individual information on each worker by using the cards for input of various data needed for control of each worker of the work center and for output of desired tables or lists. CONSTITUTION:The individual information is read out of a card 6 of each worker by a card reader 4 at the start and the end of work respectively. At the same time, the environmental information on the work is read by a sensor 5. These read information are temporarily stored in a memory means of a control unit 2 and then sent en bloc to a central data processor 1 periodically or automatically via a public telephone circuit by a transmitting instruction received from the processor 1. The processor 1 collects the information on each work center and performs a totalizing process, a judging process and other processes for these collected information. Then the processor 1 sends the necessary processing data to each work center in response to the request given from each center or in accordance with the prescribed conditions and time or other necessary factors. Each work center receives the processing data from the processor 1 by FAX 3 and prints them out.
