    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration and noise generated in constructing a reinforcing wall in a column-beam frame to reinforce an existing wall.
      SOLUTION: The reinforcing wall 20 is constructed in the column-beam frame 5 surrounding the existing wall 10, without being integrated with the existing wall 10. Anchors are driven into the inner peripheral surface of the column-beam frame without removing a finishing material 14 on the surface of the existing wall 10. Wall reinforcements 22, 23 and spiral reinforcements 25 are arranged, and concrete 26 is placed to construct the reinforcing wall 20. Because of carrying out neither removal of the finishing material 14 nor roughening of the surface of concrete 13, vibration and noise generated in construction can be suppressed.

A hole H, which communicates with the vicinity of a boundary surface S between the surface layer section Y and a base layer section X from a surface of the surface layer section Y, is worked; the pair of leg members 5 is inserted up to a bottom part H1 of the hole H; after that, the pushrod member 3 is advanced to the leading end side 3A by means of the driving shaft 2; and the leading end side 3A of the pushrod member 3 and both the protrusions 6 are made to abut on one another. Thus, the pair of leg members 3 is oscillated in the direction of being separated from each other, and the vicinity of the boundary surface S is locally pushed by the protrusions 7 of the respective oscillated leg members 3, so that cracks can appear in the boundary surface S.
