    • PURPOSE:To raise the temperature of hot water supply by heating the hot water simultaneously by a heat pump and exhaust heat, and, in addition to that, by heating the water in an exhaust heat water heater by operating the engine only after the compressor of the heat pump is stopped. CONSTITUTION:When the heating is started for hot water supply at T1, since the coolant temperature TC in or around a coolant temperature sensor 14 of an engine 1 and a condenser 4, the water is heated by a heat pump refrigerant circuit A and a waste heat recovering circuit B. When the refrigerant temperature in the condenser 4 becomes a saturated temperature TC2 under the allowable refrigerant pressure at T2, an electromagnetic clutch 2 is disengaged to stop the compressor 3 and stop heating the water by the heat pump refrigerant circuit A. From this time on, only the engine 1 is operated, and the water is heated by the exhaust heat of the engine operated in the idling mode. In this manner, the hot water is heated from 60 deg.C to 85 deg.C.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a recycled molded body by utilizing the waste of a composite resin product as it is and improve its characteristics such as surface characteristics, a strength and the like by a method wherein reinforcing covering layers are formed on the surfaces of a thermoformed molded body. SOLUTION: A recycled molded body 20 is equipped with a thermoformed body 21, which is thermoformed in a plate, and reinforcing covering layer 22 formed on the front and rear surfaces of the thermoformed body 21. The thermoformed body 21 presents an internal structure, in which the cut and ground matters 16 of a thermally non-fusible substance are bonded through a thermoplastic resin layer 17 to one another. The thermally non-fusible cut and ground matters 16 are the cut and ground maters of an active carbon filter and a coral sand filter, a seal wall, a fibrous filter or the like. The cut and ground matters 16 of these thermally non-fusible substances are nearly uniformly and dispersedly present in the thermoplastic resin layer 17. In addition, through bubbles 18 developed at the vaporization of a water content or the like are presented in the thermoplastic resin layer 17, no bubble grows to a size, which gives a large influence to a strength or the like. Accordingly, the lowering of the tensile strength of the recycled molded body is little.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the remolding by utilizing the waste of a composite resin product as it is by a method wherein the recycled molded body having an internal structure, which is obtained by bonding the cut and ground matters of a thermally non-fusible substance through a thermoplastic resin to one another is formed by thermoforming the cut and ground matters of the composite resin product waste. SOLUTION: The interior of a recycled molded body 20 presents a structure, in which thermally non-fusible substances are dispersingly presented in a thermoplastic resin layer 17. The thermally non-fusible substance is the cut and ground matters 16 of an active carbon filter and a coral sand filter, a seal wall, a fibrous filter or the like. A structure, in which the thermally non-fusible substances are bonded to one another through a thermoplastic resin layer, is presented. In addition, through bubbles 18 developed at the vaporization of a water content or the like are presented in the thermoplastic resin layer 17, no bubble grows to a size, which gives a large influence to a strength or the like. Thus, through the tensile elongation of the recycled molded body 20 remarkably reduces, the lowering of its tensile strength is little. Accordingly, the recycled molded body can be applied to the various resin products.
