摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the degree of accuracy of a reset time by providing a DC-DC converter and a rectifier circuit producing the comparison voltage and a clock signal to become the output of a voltage detection circuit through a self-excited oscillation signal of the converter. CONSTITUTION:A power-on-reset(POR) circuit is constituted of a POR signal oscillation circuit 50 consisting of a DC-DC converter 10, a rectifier circuit 20, a voltage detection circuit 30 and a counter 40. The converter 10 is a constant-voltage type and connected to the above-mentioned POR signal oscillation circuit 50. And, when the input power voltage is applied between input terminals, a self-excited oscillation signal Vf is transmitted to the rectifier circuit 20, and the power is supplied to the above-mentioned oscillation circuit 50. And, a reset state of the counter 40 is released by the rectifier circuit 20 and the voltage detection circuit 30, and when the reset state of the counter 40 is released, a clock signal is counted, then when it achieves a specific value, the POR signal is outputted.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a communication time from being extended without astonishing a 3rd party making a phone call in error by sending a hybrid signal between a voice signal and a control signal as a first return signal to a center equipment after an automatic reply terminal equipment replies automatically. CONSTITUTION:An automatic reply terminal equipment consists of a circuit switch 1, an incoming detection circuit 2 detecting a call signal to throw the circuit switch 1, a hybrid transformer 3, a MODEM 4 controlling the communication procedure with the center equipment, an amplifier 5, a voice synthesis circuit 6 outputting a voice signal in the unit of a paragraph or a single sentence, and a control circuit 7 or the like switching the MODEM 4 and the voice synthesis circuit 6. After the automatic reply terminal equipment replies automatically the arrival of a call from the center equipment, the terminal equipment sends a hybrid signal comprising a MODEM carrier and a voice signal representing 'This number is not for a phone call but for a data communication.' as a 1st return signal to the center equipment. The center equipment uses the MODEM carrier in the hybrid signal to be received as a communication control signal to progress succeeding data communication procedure.
