In the first rib 5A, a recessed groove 50 wherein one part of a top face of the first rib 5A is used as a bottom, and tip face 51 of the second rib 5B and one part of the one are used as both side walls, is formed extending in the width direction. A whole or one part of the bottom of the recessed groove 50 is slanted so as to guide a substance intruding into the recessed groove 50 toward a longitudinal end of the recessed groove 50.
