摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint structure which is improved so that such a malfunction that fluid intrudes into a gap between a tube and an inner ring and stays at the gap may be eliminated even if the tube and the inner ring are slightly inclined and press-inserted.SOLUTION: In the pipe joint structure which can connect a pipe joint body 1 and the tube 4 in a sealed state by fastening a tube end 4C which is externally fit to the inner ring 3 with a screw-progressing union nut 2 and expanded in diameter, the pipe joint structure is constituted in such a manner that a diameter-expanded portion 3f of the inner ring 3 in a state that a portion which is expanded in diameter out of the internal periphery of the diameter-expanding tube end 4C is merely expanded in diameter to the maximum is larger than an internal periphery diameter-expanded face 4u which is naturally narrowed toward its tip at the internal periphery of the tube end 4C which appears in the state, and has an external periphery diameter-expanded face 3a which is formed into a protrusively-curved face and narrowed toward its tip.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner ring which can prevent the intrusion of fluid into a clearance between a tube end and an external periphery diameter-expanded face of the inner ring from a tip side of the external periphery diameter-expanded face of the inner ring even if the inner ring is inclined into the tube end and press-inserted therein.SOLUTION: The inner ring is constituted in such a manner that: a diameter-expanded portion 3f is formed at the external periphery 3G of an inner ring body 3A into which the resin-made tube 4 is press-inserted; a tip-narrowed external periphery diameter-expanded face 3a is formed at the tip side of the diameter-expanded portion 3f; and when the end 4C of the tube 4 is diameter-expanded and deformed in a state of merely being the maximum diameter portion 3b of the diameter-expanded portion 3f, the whole of the external periphery diameter-expanded face 3a is larger in diameter than an internal periphery diameter-expanded face 4u which is naturally narrowed toward its tip at the internal periphery of the end 4C of the tube 4 which appears at the deformation, and formed into a protrusively-curved face.
