The file transmission descriptor is configured to include file classification information and identifies a content associated in the received program schedule table with the event identifier concerning organization in time base direction of a content file which is able to be cumulation-reserved. A classification of the content of the content file that is identified by the event identifier is identified with the file classification information and a cumulative reservation management table is generated. A content cumulative reservation control section 29 controls start of the cumulative reservation at a start time for the content which is defined to be cumulation-reserved in the cumulative reservation management table, and executes cumulation of the content which is cumulation-reserved at the start time for each data block of carousel system.
