    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element easily adjusting a capacitance between a coil wire and a conductor, having a larger designing flexibility, and also having stable and excellent attenuation characteristic with less variation.SOLUTION: The inductance element has: a toroidal magnetic core 2; a conductor 6 disposed along the outer circumferential surface of the toroidal magnetic core 2; and an insulation case for housing the magnetic core 2 and the conductor 6. The inductance element is formed by winding a coating conductor 8 from the outside of the insulation case, and the conductor 6 has a ground connection terminal 7 as a terminal for grounding connection which is disposed on the outer circumference of the magnetic core 2. The insulation case has a structure in which two portions such as a portion 5 above the insulation case and a portion 4 below the insulation case are engaged, a space 10 is formed surrounded by the portion 5 above the insulation case and the portion 4 below the insulation case is formed on the engaging portion, and the conductor 6 is held and fixed in the space 10. The portion 4 below the insulation case has a through hole 15, and the terminal 7 for grounding connection protrudes from the through hole 15 to the outside of the insulation case.

      SOLUTION: The non-contact power transmission system includes a power transmission coil 13, a power reception coil 17, magnetic bodies arranged on the rear faces of the power transmission coil 13 and the power reception coil 17 respectively, a power transmission circuit 11, a power reception circuit 16, and a secondary battery or a capacitor 19 connected to the power reception circuit 16. The non-contact power transmission system is so configured that, by application of a high-frequency AC voltage to the power transmission coil 13, the secondary battery or the capacitor 19 is charged via the power reception coil 17 and the power reception circuit 16, and at the same time, data communication is performed through the power transmission coil 13 and the power reception coil 17.
