    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an inorganic substance powder paste, by which the inorganic substance powder paste having high shape-holding property and high fluidity can be obtained. SOLUTION: The method for producing the inorganic substance powder paste includes a surface reforming process for obtaining a surface-reformed inorganic substance powder by coating a portion of the particle surface of the inorganic substance powder composed of an inorganic substance with a surface reforming agent, a slurry preparation process for obtaining a liquid inorganic substance powder slurry containing the surface-reformed inorganic substance powder by mixing the obtained surface-reformed inorganic substance powder, a binder and a solvent, and a paste preparation process for obtaining the inorganic substance powder paste by reducing a liquid component from the obtained the inorganic substance powder slurry. In the surface reforming process, a substance having a lower affinity to the binder than that of the inorganic substance powder is used as the surface reforming agent, and a range of 5-90% of the particle surface of the inorganic substance powder is coated with the surface reforming agent.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UV ray-shielding inorganic soft aggregate powder that can be uniformly dispersed in a polymer matrix comprising an organic polymer, to provide a UV ray-shielding inorganic particle-organic polymer composite paste comprising the above UV ray-shielding inorganic soft aggregate powder and the organic polymer, and to provide a UV ray-shielding inorganic particle-organic polymer composite material having little deterioration after irradiation with UV rays. SOLUTION: The UV ray-shielding soft aggregate powder is obtained by preparing slurry containing UV ray-shielding inorganic particles, which are obtained by disintegrating a UV ray-shielding inorganic source powder through a mill process without damaging the particle surfaces, and freeze-drying the slurry. The UV ray-shielding inorganic particle-organic polymer composite paste includes the obtained UV ray-shielding inorganic soft aggregate powder and the organic polymer, and the UV ray-shielding inorganic particle-organic polymer composite material obtained from the UV ray-shielding inorganic particle-organic polymer composite paste suppresses deterioration after irradiation with UV rays.
