    • PURPOSE:To make efficient an assembly work by integrally molding a square cylindrical box main body having the front and rear sides open, and an insertion groove, providing a drawer rest on a side plate to be inserted in and coupled, and then coupling the rest to the rear plate. CONSTITUTION:A pair of side plates 5 are inserted in dovetail grooves 3 and 4 formed on internal upper and lower stages and both side plates 2 via the rear side of a square cylindrical box main body 1 made of synthetic resin. Then, the plates 5 are coupled to the body 1. Also, a pair of projection pieces 10 on a rear plate 9 are inserted in an insertion hole 12 formed through a bottom plate 11 at the rear side of the body 1, and coupled that rear side, thereby completing the assembly of a box. A pair of right and left side plates 5 are internally provided with many stages of drawer rests 6 at equal intervals, and the rests 6 are formed out of two upper and lower projection rows laid in parallel at the required gap. Each drawer 13 has the upper ends of both side plates extended outward to form a projection end 14, and a stopper for engagement with a projection on the front end of the row is laid on the backward lower side of the projection end 14. In this case, the depth H of the drawer 13 is freely selectable. A knob on the front of the drawer 13 is manually held for the advance and retreat thereof.

SOLUTION: A semi-arc shaped fulcrum-receiver, the upper surface of which is opened, is provided at the front section of the lower end of both side surface plates of an external box the front surface of which is opened. At the same time, an arc- shaped sliding rail for which the fulcrum-receiver is used as the center, is provided from an intermediate stage at the center of the side surface plates to a lower stage on the rear section. In the meantime, for an internal box, the upper surface of which is opened, and which is inserted in the external box, a fulcrum protuberance being fitted in the fulcrum-receiver on the external box is provided at the front section of the lower end of the side surface plates of the internal box. At the same time, a guiding protuberance which slides on the sliding rail of the external box is provided at the rear section of the lower ends of the side surface plates. The fastening protuberance is provided at a location wherein the upper surface opening of the internal box may be totally exposed when the guiding protuberance is fastened. For the side surface plates of the internal box, the upper edges are cut off each into an arc-shape with the fulcrum protuberance as the center.
