In the thresher 1, the plurality of recovering teeth 36 are protruded from the side of the rotating shaft 30 in the radial direction to provide a star wheellike rotating wheel 8. Thereby, the apparatus 7 for recovering the free unhulled rice in the waste culms over the rack is obtained by forming the plane of the recovering actions of the recovering teeth 36 into a circular arc shape retreating to the downstream side in the rotative direction.
