    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electromagnetic device, in which an opening and a boundary part causing partial discharge do not exist in a resin material, in which, at least an outer periphery on the high-voltage side in a transformer compact, is wrapped. SOLUTION: The low-voltage side of the transformer compact is held with a holding part by using a resin forming metallic mold having a cavity, into which the transformer compact is inserted and melting resin is implanted, the holder holding the low-voltage side of the transformer compact, a low-voltage side gate arranged at the low-voltage side of the transformer compact, and a high-voltage side gate arranged on the high-voltage side of the transformer compact. Melting resin which is melted is implanted in the cavity from the high-voltage side gate. Molten resin is injected from the low-voltage side gate into the cavity at prescribed timing, when the molten resin externally wraps the high voltage of the transformer compact. A molding device 8 consists of two molders 80, onto which molds 2 and 3 are set respectively, and a circulating path 83, which circulates molding assisting frames 1, passes through the arranging sections of the molds 2 and 3 and on the cord block caulking device 7 side of which a setting section 81 is provided and on the characteristics inspecting device 9 side of which a removing section 82 is provided. Two sets, each of which is produced at the cord block caulking device 7 by attaching the primarily molded bodies 41 and 51 to both sides of a power cord 6, are set to the molding assisting forms 1 at the setting section 81. After the completion of molding, each set is removed from the molding assisting forms 1 at the removing section and, after that, sent to the characteristics inspecting device 9 side.
