摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring system for a rotary drum for measuring the temperature of the revolving rotary drum such as a pyrolytic furnace in waste treatment equipment which system can continuously operate for a long time without stopping by unnecessitating charging or replacement of batteries. SOLUTION: In this measuring system, various kinds of variables of a rotary drum 51 for a horizontal rotary drum type pyrolytic furnace 5 that heats the waste (a) and pyrolizes the waste are measured. Then this system is provided with a measuring device 60 which measures various kinds of variables of a measuring part to be measured of the drum 51, a transmitting device 80 which transmits by radio the value measured by the device 60 to the outside, a battery 70 which is provided on the drum 51 to supply power to the devices 60 and 80 and the feeding devices 71, 72, 73, 74 and 77 which are placed at the drum 51 and charges the battery 70.

摘要： PURPOSE:To measure a flow rate of an exhaust gas containing soot dusts at high temp. by supplying water in a conduit passage introducing the exhaust gas and measuring the temp. of said gas at upstream and downstream sides of the supplying position. CONSTITUTION:The exhaust gas of incinerator not shown in the figure is introduced into a duct 1 in an arrow direction. Water is supplied into the duct 1 by a water service pipe 2. A top end of the pipe 2 is situated in the duct 1, and formed with refractory material to the shape capable of supplying water in spray state into the exhaust gas. A base end is connected to water source such as tank, and a device for controlling a water supply quantity is provided on the midway. By such a constitution, since temp. and water quantity can be made to the quantity to be measured as the flow rate of the waste gas, and the measured quantity is not varied by the soot dusts, the flow rate of the exhaust gas containing much soot dusts can be measured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide stable combustion, by constituting an incinerating furnace such that the heating value of an object to be incinerated is computed from an exhaust gas flow rate and temperature, and according to the calorific value, an object to be incinerated and an amount of an air to be fed are decided. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, temperature at the inlet and the outlet of a stabilizer 7 of exhaust gas, and an amount of water dispersed in the stabilizer 7 and the temperature of the fed water are measured. Secondary, based on a temperature measuring devices 11 and 13 and a feed water amount measured by a feed water flow meter 14, an exhaust gas flow rate is computed. Based on an exhaust gas flow rate G, an exhaust gas temperature T1 on the inlet side of the stabilizer, and a feed amount of an object to be incinerated, the calorific value of the object to be incinerated is computed by said computer 16. According to such colorific value H of the object to be incinerated, a feed amount of the object to be incinerated and an air feed amount are determined. In which case, since composition of the object to be incinerated can be estimated from a calorific value, the airfeed amount is computed into an amount which causes excellent combustion of the object to be incinerated.
