摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To block the ballooning and delamination of a waterproof sheet in summertime by making adhesion between an expanded polystyrene and the waterproof sheet satisfactory and by enhancing condensing force when laying the waterproof sheet on an undercoated mortar through the expanded polystyrene sheet. SOLUTION: A primer composition comprises an acid-containing styrene- butadiene rubber, a tackifier, a metal oxide, asphalt and water, and, if necessary, a thickener. Preferable compounded quantities are as follows: the acid-containing styrene-butadiene rubber of 100 pts.wt.; the tackifier of 50-150 pts.wt.; the metal oxide of 1-5 pts.wt.; the asphalt of 50-150 pts.wt.; the thickener of 2-5 pts.wt. if necessary; and water of 100-500 pts.wt. The waterproof sheet 6 is bonded through the medium of the primer 4 together with an aqueous adhesive 5 to form a heat-insulating and waterproof structure.

A simple brominated product of a copolymer of isobutylene and p- methylstyrene, or a blend comprising 100 pts.wt. copolymer and 10-100 pts.wt. natural or synthetic rubber is used as the main component of the primer and the tape-shaped adhesive having autoadhesive properties, and a metal oxide and a phenol resin are formulated with one of the primer and the tape-shaped adhesive, and the other thereof respectively so that the primer and the adhesive may be naturally cured by the contact of the primer with the tape-shaped adhesive.

SOLUTION: The adhesive composition comprises a cold and autohesive one-portion type or two-portion type adhesive composition in which 100 pts.wt. of brominated isobutylene-p-methylstyrene copolymer are blended with 10-90 pts.wt. of acid-modified chloroprene as the main components of the adhesive and a mixture of phenolic resin and metal oxide is admixed thereto as a crosslinking agent. The adhesive composition is directly applied to individual bonding parts of the adjacent waterproof sheets or the waterproof sheet and the base material and the adhesive is curd naturally or thermally to attain rigid adhesion. The waterproof sheet is recoated with the adhesive and is used for adhesion to the base material.
