    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately chamfer a casting bar by reliably preventing meandering the casting bar. SOLUTION: A correcting device of a casting bar is provided with a first air system bar support mechanism 3 which is arranged in order from the casting machine side and sandwiches a casing bar 1 by a pair of support members by an air cylinder, a first mechanical bar support mechanism 5 to sandwich the casing bar 1 by a pair of support members by mechanical pressure and a cutter unit 6 to chamfer both corner parts of the casting bar 1. The mechanical bar support mechanism 5 is formed to press the support members to the casting bar 1 by a gear mechanism or the like so that a pair of support members do not follow vibration and meandering of the casting bar 1. In a front stage of the cutter unit 6, first of all, a swing and meandering of the casting bar 1 is reduced to a certain degree by sandwiching the casting bar 1 by the air system bar support mechanism 3, and the casting bar 1 is prevented from its vertical and laterial directional positional dislocation, and the casting bar 1 passes through the cutter unit 6 in this condition, and its both corner parts are chamfered.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin tube type heat exchanger and its manufacturing method composed of copper tubes and fins, having extremely high heat exchanging efficiency and capable of being manufactured at low costs.
      SOLUTION: In this fin tube type heat exchanger composed of copper tubes 20 and fins 10 integrally molded, the copper tubes 20 have the roughly-flat shape on its cross-section orthogonal to the extending direction, and has a pair of flat faces 21, 21 opposed to each other in the minor axis direction, a plurality of flow channels in which a refrigerant is circulated are arranged in the major axis direction, the cross-section orthogonal to the extending direction of the flow channels has the rectangular shape having a side ridge portion along the flat face 21, the fins 10 are provided with inserting portions 11, and the copper tubes 20 inserted into the inserting portions 11 are expanded by being pressed from the flow channels, thus the fins 10 and the flat faces 21 of the copper tubes 20 are closely kept into contact with each other and bonded.
