    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economic method of calculating winding pressure load so as not to become extremely large even if a plurality of lines are bound with a spiral hanger method or a winding construction method. SOLUTION: This method of calculating winding pressure load calculating the winding pressure load applied to lines using the total sum of the outside diameters of lines uses the following value instead of the total sum of the outside diameters of lines. In the case of a spiral hanger construction method, the sum of the total sum of the outside diameters of lines (total sum Σd of outside diameters of cables) and the double thickness of the spiral hanger 4 is used when it is equal to or lower than the outside diameter D of the spiral hanger 4, and the outside diameter D of the spiral hanger 4 is used when the sum of the outside diameters of the lines (total sum Σd of the outside diameters of cables) and the double thickness of the spiral hanger 4 exceeds the outside diameter D of the spiral hanger 4. In the case of a winding construction method, the mean outside diameter of lines to be wound and winding lines is obtained from a prescribed computing expression.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead tool which can be applied to both a messenger wire and a self-supporting cable which have different diameters. SOLUTION: The lead tool of a cable pulling string is placed in a spiral cable hanger, which is supported by a messenger wire or a self-supporting cable, suspended between poles and a cable pulling string, is connected to its tail end. A pair of hanging elements 18 and 18' of the lead tool are hung on the messenger wire or the self-supporting cable. A pair of front and rear partition bars, which partition the recessed parts of the hanging elements, are turnably attached to the support part of the lead tool by a pair of support bars 17, while the standing postures are maintained. The respective base parts 18a and 18a' of the pair of hanging elements, a flat spring 19 and a tightening element 20 are successively piled and attached to the support part by the pair of support bars. Tapered edges inclined in the longitudinal direction of a long hole are formed on the surface of the tightening element, and the head parts of the support bars are engaged in the tapered edges.
