    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to select accurate information or viewing angles freely, and obtain clear and bright light without colored spots or blurrs or the like.SOLUTION: The flat lighting system unit 1 is structured by housing a light guide plate 2, a light converter 3, a light control sheet 4, and a light source 6 in a case 5. A light-collecting control part 10a carrying out refraction and consisting of fine convexity is provided on a surface part 10 of the light guide plate 2, and a light-reflecting control part 16 carrying out reflection and consisting of fine concavity is provided on a rear-face part 11. The direct light from an incident end surface part 7 is not emitted at the rear-face part 11, but the light only from the light-reflecting control part 16 is reflected to a direction of the light-collecting control part 10a on the surface part 10. The light is refracted to a nearly perpendicular direction at the light-collecting control part 10a to emit sharp light of an emission cone. An aperture of the light-collecting control part 10a and the light converter 3 are arranged so as to be nearly paired with each other, and the emission light from the light-collecting control part 10a is made coincide with the aperture.
