摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a working device from being started when a safety switch device has a defect by providing at least two actuators and making current supply conductive only when the actuators are simultaneously made conductive. SOLUTION: This safety switch device 2 uses at least two actuators to conduct or interrupt the power supply of a working device. The actuators are respectively connected to a code generator 19 through lines 17 and 18. The generator 19 outputs a numerical word, and the numerical word is divided into two partial words. The values of the partial words are respectively affected by each actuator, and the values of the partial words are respectively and continuously affected when the actuators are active. When one of the actuators is made inactive, the corresponding partial word takes a prescribed fixed value. Then, the partial words are simultaneously written to an evaluation unit to check the switch states of the actuators.
