    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel tower soundness evaluating device capable of easily inspecting soundness of a steel tower by eliminating an effect of wind load.SOLUTION: A steel tower soundness evaluating device 10 includes: a first acceleration sensor 1 which measures continuous micromotion accelerations generated in a steel tower 100 in three axial directions orthogonal to each other, respectively; a first acceleration difference calculator 3 which calculates a difference between acceleration data of each axial direction outputted from the first acceleration sensor 1 and the acceleration data of each axial direction after a time interval, respectively; a first standard deviation calculator 4 which calculates a standard deviation of a difference value of each axial direction calculated using the first acceleration difference calculator 3, respectively, to calculate an average of all the axial directions for the calculated standard deviation values of each axial direction; and an output unit 6 for outputting an average value of the standard deviation values calculated using the first standard deviation calculator 4, as a soundness evaluation.
