    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic gas removing agent using waste plastic which is manufactured by using waste plastics while dispensing with a manufacturing step of sticking an alkaline chemical or the like for adsorbing acidic gasses and is different from the conventional adsorbent, which does not adsorb any more acidic gasses when saturated with them, on the ground that acidic gasses can be removed continuously and to provide a method for manufacturing the acidic gas removing agent using waste plastic. SOLUTION: The acidic gas removing agent using waste plastic is manufactured by specifying and selecting the waste plastic containing at least one inorganic substance of a calcium compound and an aluminum compound as a filler, heating the inorganic substance-containing waste plastic at 400-1,000°C in a reducing atmosphere of ≤5% oxygen and continuing the heating for a predetermined time to carbonize the waste plastic so that a mixed product of a carbonized plastic with the inorganic substance becomes the removing agent for removing acidic gasses in a gas phase continuously.       SOLUTION: The excellently reinforced-plastic molded article 10 is characterized in that 100 parts by weight of the unsaturated polyester resin, which is mixed with 40-120 parts by weight of a luminous pigment having the principal component of strontium aluminate, is reinforced with a variety of reinforcing fiber 3 such as a glass fiber. The FRP layer of the unsaturated polyester resin 1 is excellent in the weatherability and toughness, and is hardly deteriorated even when placed in the open air because the luminous pigment constituted with an oxide is oxidized already, thus has the high weatherability and the little deterioration of the luminous performance. Consequently, the FRP molded article, as made from the highly weatherable resin 1 and the luminous pigment 2, is effective for the things used in every field, especially used in the open air. When a base layer 1b of an unsaturated polyester resin which is impregnated with only a glass fiber 3, comprises a layer pigmented to white, the luminous pigment 2 in the surface layer 1a has the afterglow luminance with the brightness and gives a nice look because the light is reflected at the white colored layer.
