摘要： PURPOSE: To provide an aging pit of steam aging equipment capable of easily absorbing the expansion pressure of slag, prolonging the device life by intensifying the resistance to the heat of steam, facilitate loading and delivering of the slag and stabilizing the quality of the aged slag. CONSTITUTION: The aging pit of the steam aging equipment for executing steam aging of the steel making slag at the atm. by supplying steam from below is equipped with a moving wall 2 on the aging pit side wall 1A. This moving wall is so movably formed as to move according to the expansion pressure of the steel making slag simultaneously with the start of the steam aging treatment and to make self-resetting to the initial position before the movement according to discharging of the steel making slag after the completion of the steam aging treatment. The surface part to which the moving wall 2 of the aging pit side wall 1A comes into sliding contact is formed to a slope having a downward grade toward the inner side of the pit.

摘要： PURPOSE:To recover iron in oil- and iron-contg. sludge as iron manufacturing raw material as well as to combustion-remove the oil by directly spray-blowing the sludge into the calcination process or the like of an iron manufacturing raw material treating equipment. CONSTITUTION:Sludge contg. rolling lubricating oil, etc. other than scale and iron dust discharged from a rolling plant, etc. is blown into preheating chamber 1.3 of iron ore pellet manufacturing apparatus 1 with feed pump 7. Since the temp. of chamber 1.3 is 420-1150 deg.C, the oil contained is perfectly burned, and the water is evaporated. The combustion gas is fed to cyclone 4.1, where it is subjected to dust removing treatment to recover 50-69% iron-contg. dust. The exhaust gas is circulated through water separating chamber 1.2 and drying chamber 1.1 with fan 5.1 to be heat exchanged for raw pellets P, and then the gas is cleaned by dust removing in electrical dust precipitator 8 and released from chimney 9. Exhaust gas from chamber 1.2 is also treated in cyclone 4.2 to recover residual iron, which is used as iron manufacturing raw material together with the dust recovered in cyclone 4.1.
