摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo press as a main part for realizing a forcing or pulling device which has wider use applications than a conventional.
SOLUTION: This servo press S is provided with a servomotor 2 having a driving shaft 5 which is revolved forward or backward, a reducing/transmitting means for transmitting the forward or backward revolution of the driving shaft 5 to a ball screw shaft 1 described later, a ball screw shaft 1 which is revolved forward or backward in a fixed position, a pressurizing rod 4 which is screwed onto the ball screw shaft and advanced or retreated in accordance with the forward or backward revolution and a load detecting means for detecting the load which exerts on the pressurizing rod 4. The reducing/transmitting means is a planetary gear mechanism 3 which consists of a sun gear 10, a planetary gear 11, a ring gear 12 and a carrier 7 for supporting the planetary gear 11. The sun gear 10 is arranged at the rear of the ball screw shaft 1 and on the line of this ball screw shaft 1 and connected to the driving shaft 5. The ring gear 12 is fixed to the main body of the device in its position and the carrier 7 is connected to the ball screw shaft 1.

SOLUTION: The servo press S is provided with: a servo motor 2 having a driving shaft 5 performing positive or reverse rotation; a deceleration transmitting means for transmitting the positive or reverse rotation of the driving shaft 5 to a ball screw shaft 1; the ball screw shaft 1 positively or reversely rotating in positional fixing; a press rod 4 screwed with the ball screw shaft and progressing or retreating in accordance with the positive or reverse rotation; and a load detecting means for detecting the load applied to the press rod 4. The press rod 4 integrates the rod body 14 performing the press-fitting or drawing of an assembled component and a screwing part 15 screwed with the ball screw shaft 1 in series, and the diameter of the screwing part 15 is almost the same as that of the rod body 14.
