    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a recycled asphalt mixture, which is free from adhesion of the mixture to a heating device even if a high-viscosity asphalt mixture is contained. SOLUTION: According to the method, an existing asphalt generating material (Mb1) is shredded (Sb1) and sieved (Sb3), and the resultant sieved shredded material is measured (Sb4) and heated (Sb6) at every predetermined particle size (Mb11, Mb12, Mb13). On the other hand, new asphalt mixture aggregate (Ma1, Ma2, Ma3) is heated (Sa1), and the heated aggregate is measured (Sb3) at every predetermined particle size (Ma11, Ma12, Ma13), followed by adding (Sa5) asphalt to a mixture of the measured asphalt generating material and the asphalt mixture aggregate, to thereby obtain the recycled asphalt mixture. Herein, after sieving the asphalt generating material, part of the material having the predetermined particle size or less (Mb11) is dried (Sb5), and then added to the mixture.
