摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating device in which a prescribed amount of powder can quantitatively be fed stably and securely, e.g., even if powder such as an in-die lubricant is intermittently fed to a die in in-die lubrication compacting for powder metallurgy and to provide a compacting device in which the characteristics of the coating device are effectively utilized for in-die lubrication for powder metallurgy.
SOLUTION: A transportation conduit for transporting powder fed from a quantitative feeding apparatus on an air flow is provided with an electrostatic charging part for frictional electrification of the powder. Further, an automatic detection-control mechanism is incorporated where the electrostatic charge voltage applied to the powder in the electrostatic charging part is detected, the detection signal is transmitted to an automatic detection-control apparatus, and when the electrostatic charge voltage detected by the detection-control apparatus deviates from a preliminarily set electrostatic charge voltage range, the abnormality of the electrostatic charge voltage is detected to operate an alarm apparatus, and, the quantitative feeding apparatus or the like are automatically stopped.
