摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a steel pipe pile having the excellent intruding performance and strong supporting force by attaching a bored disc-like sealing body to the inner surface of a rotational intrusion type steel pipe pile, which is provided with a spiral rib on the outer surface thereof and which has a large diameter, at a specific position from the tip thereof, and sealing the tip with earth. CONSTITUTION:A sealing body 7 made of a disc-like ring, which has a round hole of 300-500mm inner diameter (d), is attached to the inner surface of a rotational intrusion type steel pipe pile, of which tip is opened and which is provided with a spiral rib 2 on the outer surface thereof, at a position (h) within a distance at five times of the diameter D from the tip. A steel pipe pile 1 is rotated to be intruded to the lower hole excavated by an auger screw, excavating with a tool 6. When the tip of the pile 1 arrives a supporting layer, the inner diameter part is filled with earth to seal the tip. A steel pipe pile having strong supporting force is thereby obtained without impairing the intruding performance.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient point bearing capacity by excavating the foundation ground with an auger screw of a diameter smaller than the pile diameter, by enlarging the front end part of the excavated hole and by forming a foot protection part of a diameter larger than the pile diameter with cement milk poured therein. CONSTITUTION:Ground 1 is excavated with an auger screw 2 and the auger screw is made to penetrate through the bearing layer 1' until the front end of the auger screw 2 reaches the expected depth for the front end of a pile. Then, a head on the front end of the auger screw 2 is expanded, and enlarged excavation of the bearing layer in the expected depth at the front end of the pile is executed. The auger screw 2 is expanded with its excavation head kept expanded, and the bearing ground in the enlarged excavation is agitated. Then, cement milk is poured into the agitated part through the auger screw 2 and mixed with the surrounding earth to bring the mixture into mortar-like state, and thereby a foot protection part 4 is formed. After the auger screw 2 is extracted, a steel pipe pile 3 is driven in to reach the foot protection part 4.

Then the internal region is excavated. Thereby the works can be executed while noise and/or vibration are prevented, and also the stiffness and water stopping performance of the continuous column row wall can be enhanced.
