摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title artificial leather reducing very fine pore diameters toward the surface of substrate, having specific water vapor permeability and specific ratio of Gurley bending resistance of product and substrate by forming a silver surface layer of fine pores of thin layer of polyurethane elastic material on a substrate layer comprising fiber aggregate. CONSTITUTION:A fiber aggregate comprising a polyester-based fiber is impregnated with a polyurethane elastic material to prepare a substrate layer. On the other hand, a polyurethane elastic material for silver surface, such as an elastomer prepared by making a solution of elastomer comprising a butylene-based ester type and/or polytetramethylene ether-based ether type mixture into a kid-tone crimp, is uniformly piled on the substrate layer and laminated and heated to form a finely porous silver surface layer having 20-300mum average thickness. Inner layer part of the silver surface layer is permeated into fiber gaps of top layer of the substrate layer and bonded to the fibers, the surface of the silver surface layer is coagulated in the crimped state, the fine pores have the pore diameters gradually decreasing from the inner layer part to the outer layer part to 4-3mum and artificial leather close to natural leather, having 1-30mg/cm hour water vapor permeability and 1.5 ratio of Gurley bending resistance of product and substrate, is obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title synthetic leather excellent in fragrance persistence and durability by successively laminating a substrate with a polyurethane adhesive layer and a polyurethane surface layer containing fragrant matter-included microcapsules. CONSTITUTION:For example, a two-pack polyurethane adhesive layer is formed on a substrate comprising natural, regenerated or synthetic fiber. Meanwhile, an embossed release paper is coated with an organic solvent solution of polyurethane incorporated with fragrant matter-included microcapsules to form a polyurethane surface layer film. The substrate having said adhesive layer is then laminated with this film followed by peeling the release paper off, thus obtaining the objective highly durable fragrant synthetic leather.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the subject artificial leather, having high moisture permeability and excellent in smoothness with mechanical strength by applying a specific mixture solution containing a polyurethane elastomer onto a smooth mold release belt, superposing a substrate wetted with water thereon, wet heating and coagulating the resultant material. CONSTITUTION:A mixture solution prepared by adding 1-4wt.% surfactant (e.g., nonionic surfactant) to a solution consisting essentially of a polyurethane elastomer in a water-miscible organic solvent is applied onto a smooth mold releasable belt. On surface of a substrate (e.g., woven or knit fabric consisting of natural or synthetic fiber) wetted with water is then superposed thereon and heating is carried out from the other surface to coagulate the above- mentioned elastomer with saturated steam generated in the aforementioned substrate. The resultant superposed sheet is then removed from the mold releasable belt, washed with water and dried to afford an artificial leather having smooth thin-layer microporous grain side. The obtained leather is pliable and has both abrasion resistance and flex resistance performance.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a sheetlike matter which has favorable follow-up properties along a molding tool and does not generate wrinkles or lifting on a deep drawn part, by a method wherein needle punched nonwoven fabric comprised of a polyester composite fiber staple having latent crimping properties is heat-treated and moldable resin is given. CONSTITUTION:A sheetlike matter superior in moldability is manufactured by giving moldable resin by heat-treating needle punched nonwoven fabric comprised of a polyester composite fiber staple having latent crimping properties. The polyester composite fiber having the latent crimping properties is a composite fiber obtained by joining two ingredients of polyester polymers to each other. The composite fiber is the latent crimping fiber where one side polyester polymer is shrinked highly when the same is heat-treated under a stainless state and spiral crimping is revealed. It is preferable that size, a cut length and a number of crimps are 0.5-10denier, 35-100mm and 10-30crests/in. respectively in staple properties of the composite fiber. Punching density in the needle punching is made 100-1000pieces/cm ordinarily. A thickness, weight and apparent density are 1-5mm, 100-1000g/m and 0.1-0.3g/cm respectively are suitable for properties of the obtainable needle punching nonwoven fabric.
