    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a transmission device for driving an auxiliary machine, simultaneously driving two auxiliary machines by providing one planetary gear mechanism composed of three element gears, and controlling both a speed ratio between output element gears driving the first and second auxiliary machines and a speed ratio of at least one of the two output element gears to input rotational speed.
      SOLUTION: One element gear of the three element gears of the planetary gear mechanism 60 of the transmission device T is a carrier 62 doubling as an input element gear to which torque from a crankshaft 7 is inputted and also driving an oil pump 50. One element gear of the remaining two element gears is a sun gear 61 driving a water pump 40, and the other element gear is a ring gear 63 to which a control force of an electric motor 81 is inputted. The electric motor 81 controls the rotational speed Nr of the ring gear 63 to thereby control the speed ratio of the sun gear 61 to the carrier 62.
