    • PURPOSE:To efficiently carry a box member to a substantially vertical wall surface and to retain the box member there by independently operating two frames provided with two moving frames respectively having a retainer. CONSTITUTION:When the second retainer 27 of the second moving frame 25 retains a box member 17, the second moving frame 25 is moved to the second frame 21, and the frame 21 is positioned vertically to retain the box member 17 on a wall surface 3, a different box member from the retained box member is retained by the first retainer 18 of the first moving frame 15, and the first frame 11 is turned to a vertical position to carry the box member on the wall surface 3 under the retained box member. Thus, the box member is carried to a substantially vertical wall surface and retained there, so as to obtain a safe wall manipulator which has a simple structure and attains a good efficiency.

    • PURPOSE:To carry an article to a high corner position where one can not reach easily by pivoting one end of an expansible boom having a member retainer at the other end thereof in such a manner as to turn in the vertical direction to a base. A vertical driving device 13 for turning the boom 7 in the vertical direction with respect to the base 6 is disposed between the base 6 and the boom 7, and an expansion driving device 12 for contracting and expanding the boom 7 is disposed on the boom 7. By the thus simply constructed manipulator, a member can be safely carried onto a high corner position where one can not reach easily with good efficiency.
