    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce resistance by using a Cu-Ni clad material as a wiring material between an electrode of a battery and a protection circuit board and to solve a problem that a Cu material may be burnt by the reduction of resistance.SOLUTION: A secondary battery pack comprises: a secondary battery 1; and a protection circuit 2 disposed in a charging/discharging path between cell electrode terminals 3, 4 of the secondary battery and external output terminals 5, 6. The protection circuit includes a charging/discharging control switch 8 which is inserted into the charging/discharging path in series and a current detection section for detecting a current which flows in the charging/discharging path. When a detection value of the current detection section reaches an overcurrent range, the charging/discharging control switch is controlled to OFF. A protection circuit board on which the protection circuit is packaged is mounted while opposing the cell electrode terminals of the secondary battery. As a wiring material for connecting each of the cell electrode terminals of the secondary battery and a circuit terminal of the protection circuit board, a Cu-Ni clad material formed from an Ni layer and a Cu layer or a Cu alloy layer is used and the wiring material is fused by abutting a side of the Cu layer to the cell electrode terminal and the circuit terminal.
