    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device, in which damages of a conductive wire and coating caused by interference between the conductive wires are prevented, the conductive wire of a plurality of layers, not necessarily having a constant sectional shape containing the coating, is wound densely on a coil bobbin having flange at both ends thereof, and a gap between the wire rods is eliminated to prevent degradation of the conductive performance. SOLUTION: The winding device comprises a guide pulley 10 for feeding a conductive wire 8 to a coil bobbin 2, having flanges at both ends thereof an urging roller 9 for urging the conductive wire 8 wound on the coil bobbin 2 by an end face in a direction of the flange; a support means 16 of the urging roller 9, which sets a relative position in an axial direction of the coil bobbin between the urging roller 9 and the guide pulley 10 of the conductive wire 8, according to characteristics, such as a raw material, a sectional shape or a material of costing of the conductive wire 8, and which makes an initial setting on an aslant introducing direction of the conductive wire 8, until a contact start point between the conductive wire 8 and the coil bobbin 2; an axial position detector 15 for detecting the position of the contact start point; a rotating means 4 of the coil bobbin 2; and a moving means 6 of the coil bobbin 2, which follows the coil bobbin 2 to the axial position of the contact start point so as to hold the aslant introducing direction after start of a coil winding.
