    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor, a magnet motor, and a washing machine excellent in productivity as well as capable of obtaining a desired magnetic flux amount.SOLUTION: A rotor 30 includes rotor cores 31, and magnetic elements which are objects of magnetization arranged on both sides of the rotor cores 31. A plurality of these are arranged in a circular ring shape and completely covered with resin material 33 to be fixed, then become magnetized by magnetization yokes from both inner diameter and outer diameter sides of the rotor cores 31 and magnetic elements so that the magnetization direction opposes to each other. Furthermore, after the magnetization, a shaft coupling member is disposed on the inner diameter side of the rotor cores 31 and the magnetic elements via a reinforcement member. Recessed parts 39a are formed on the rotor cores 31 so that a resin material 34, which molds the reinforce member, is filled and fused therein.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the structure of a rotor core 2, to provide a motor by which a large rotative drive force can be obtained, and to improve the blanking of a core material, in a rotor of the motor constituted by comprising: the rotor core 2 formed by laminating electromagnetic steel sheets; a plurality of permanent magnets 3 composed of rare earth disposed along the axial direction of the rotor core 2, and a synthetic resin 5 that is integrally molded to the rotor core 2 so as to embed the permanent magnets 3 therein.
      SOLUTION: In the rotor core 2, magnetic pole pieces 14 disposed so as to be protruded at the rotor side of the permanent magnets 3 are separated form a body of the rotor core 2 in all, and an induction voltage is increased by suppressing the leak of magnetic flux, thus constituting the magnetic pole pieces at the inside diameter side of the rotor core.
