    • PURPOSE:To reduce the content of a ripple, and to improve accuracy by composing the title power equipment of a transformer, in which a plurality of phase are changed, a full-wave rectifier and a smoothing circuit and controlling voltage frequency by the deviation output of a feedback signal and a current voltage command value. CONSTITUTION:A variable DC power equipment consists of a converter 2 converting the AC power of a commercial power supply 1 into DC power, a smoothing capacitor 3, a high-frequency inverter 4, a transformer 5 charging the phase of the sine wave output of the inverter 4, a full-wave rectifier 6 and a smoothing device 7. A DC reactor 9 reducing a ripple and a current detector 12 are installed to the smoothing device 7. The command of a current command setter 13 is compared with the feedback signal of the current detector 12, and the high-frequency inverter 4 is driven through an automatic current regulator 11 by the deviation signal of the command and the feedback signal. The rectifier 6 conducts full-wave rectification together with a sine wave form displaced at 30 deg., and used as a variable DC power supply through the smoothing device 7, thus supplying load 8 with the deviation signal.

    • PURPOSE:To perform smooth speed control in natural deceleration by a load or a machine, by inserting a regeneration blocking diode capable of changing over the direction in normal and reverse rotations. CONSTITUTION:A regeneration blocking diode in normal rotation 12 and a regeneration blocking diode in reverse rotation 13 are provided. In normal deceleration, the command value of a speed setter 16 is smaller than the feedback signal of a speed detector 9, where the output of a speed regulator 15 is blocked with the regeneration blocking diode in normal rotation 12 and no speed deviation command is issued to a vector control circuit 11. On this account, in deceleration, no regenerative current of an induction motor 8 flows to DC side through an inverter transistor 6 and the DC side is prevented from getting to overvoltage. The speed of the induction motor 8 is naturally decelerated by the load and stopped. In reverse deceleration, it is controlled in the same way.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in the input voltage of a regenerative converter on power recovery by stopping operation of a first switching element and the regenerative converter on the power failure of a main power supply, and at the same time by turning off a second switching element until the output voltage of a rectifier is set after the power recovery. SOLUTION: A main supply voltage being detected by a transformer 14 for detecting the main supply voltage is inputted into a rectifier REC, thus resulting in an output v1. When the v1 becomes lower than the partial pressure voltage of resistors R1 and R2, a comparator COMP changes an output v2 from H to L level. Since a monomulti MULT generates an L-level voltage with a specific time width at a leading edge of the v2, an output v3 of an AND gate AND is set to L level only for a specific period during power failure and power recovery. Also, the output v3 is connected as the stop signal of a chopper-controlling device 15 and a converter-controlling device 17, and becomes the gate signal of an IGBT6 via an insulation amplifier I-AMP and an on/off-controlling device 19.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain cost reduction by inserting an AC current detector in only one phase of three-phase input of a transformer, thereby detecting short-circuit failure in a secondary circuit. SOLUTION: If two phases corresponding to the input power supply of a control circuit 54 of an inverter transistor in respective single-phase inverters are short-circuited, a power supply voltage drop detector 55 inside it comes into action and a breaker 2 is tripped through a logical sum element 72 from a logical sum element 73. If the short-circuit exists between one phase other than two phases corresponding to the input power supply of the control circuit 54 of the inverter transistor and other one phase, over-current appears, due to an influence of secondary short-circuit, in the phase in which an AC detector 3 mounted on the primary side of a transformer 4 is inserted. As a result, even in the case of small input current in which an AC motor is variably driven at a low speed, secondary short-circuit can be detected by setting a detection level to a constant increase rate relative to a normal current value to be passed. Therefore, only one AC detector on the primary side of the transformer may be only added.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent a decrease in operation efficiency due to the overoutput or overvoltage trip of an electric motor by providing a torque setter for setting the current of a boosting thyristor, a speed setter for setting the speed of a testing machine, etc.
      CONSTITUTION: A load torque current is flowed to the boosting thyristor 3, electric motor 5, generator 4, etc., under the command of the torque setter 14. In this case, the generator 4 and electric motor 5 are reciprocal and enter a lock state. The command of the speed setter 18 is controlled by a speed controller 13 so that the deviation of the quantity of feedback of a speed detector 11 coupled directly with a track wheel 10 is zero. A speed deviation command, on the other hand, controls the current of a main thyristor 6 so that the deviation from the feedback of a current detector 2 is zero. Then, an acceleration current flows to the generator 4 through a thyristor 6 according to the command of the setter 18 to generate a torque difference between the generator 4 and electric motor 5, thereby accelerating the testing machine. Thus, the quantity of torque and the speed are set by the setters 14 and 18 individually.
