摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to make the engaging parts operate together to exercise a strong gearing by making a brush holder metal in a tube form. CONSTITUTION:A brush holding metal 4 is made in a tube form, and at the inner surface of it, hollows or holes 7 are furnished, while projections 6 are formed at the outer surface of a brush holding tube 5 at the position facing the holes 7, and the projections and the holes are engaged each other. Although the conventional device of a U-shape is liable to expand outward easily, the brush holding metal 4 in a tube form cannot expand easily, because, if one side is going to expand, the other side is going to contract. In other words, one of the plural gearing parts is going to be disengaged, the other side gearing part is going to gear rigidly at the force reponding to the disengaged force, preventing an easy disengagement.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce manpower by making a recess in the outer face of a stator to be inserted into a housing and secured thereto then hitting the housing with a punch and projecting an engaging section inwardly. CONSTITUTION:Several recesses 10 are formed at the sections where the outer circumferential section of a stator core 2 composed of lamination of steel boards contacts with the housing 1. The core 2 is fitted to the housing 1 then the housing 1 is hitted with a punch from the outside so that an inward protrusion 11 is formed and fitted to the recess of the core 2. By such arrangement, dimensional accuracy can be improved through simple work.

When the carbon brush 20 is pushed into said holder 24, said detent pieces 27, 27 engage with the protrusions 20a so that the carbon brush 20 is fixed within the brush holder 24 against energization of the brush spring 21.
