    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enameled wire baking device capable of restraining wire shift causing defects of enameled wires and improving thermal efficiency, even if linear velocity of enamel-coated wires is raised for improvement of productivity and wind velocity of hot wind and cold wind is raised accordingly.
      SOLUTION: The enameled wire baking device includes a cooling tower at an upper part of a baking furnace, as well as a hot-wind rise prevention device 3 for preventing hot wind from rising from the baking furnace to the cooling tower by blasting air flow between the baking furnace and the cooling tower. The hot-wind rise prevention device 3 includes a housing 30 with a wire passage 34 for making a plurality of enamel-coated wires 4 pass through in parallel, and an air-blasting port 35 formed on an inside wall of the housing for blasting air flow into the housing 30. Further, a straight-run prevention plate 31 for preventing straight run of the air flow is provided in the vicinity of the air-blasting port 35 inside the housing 30.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable wiring device which can wire a cable quickly and can cope flexibly with the specification change of an electric connection box. SOLUTION: This cable wiring device is equipped with a substrate rotator 21 which rotates a cable winding substrate 10 having a cable accommodation groove around its longitudinal axis thereby winding a cable W around itself, a wiring head unit 31 which forms the wiring body of a desired wiring pattern in the cable wiring substrate, and a wiring head unit position control means 41 which controls the position of the wiring head unit to the cable winding substrate. The wiring head unit has a wiring head part 32 which guides a cable toward the cable winding substrate. The winding substrate rotator stops once instantaneously at every half revolution, and also at instantaneous once stoppage of the winding substrate rotator, it moves the wiring head unit in parallel with the center axis of the cable winding substrate and only in specified one direction where it comes close to or separates from the cable winding substrate.
