摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store information showing the tilt angle of a camera in the information storing means of a film cartridge, to rotate a printed image, based on the information in printing, and to eliminate the tilt of the object on the print. SOLUTION: As for the camera using the film cartridge 50 equipped with the information storing means, the tilt angle of the camera is detected by an acceleration sensor 80, and then, the information indicating the tilt angle is written in the storing element 54 of the film cartridge 50 in accordance with the frame number. In printing, the information showing the tilt angle is read out of the storing element 54, then direction of the image printed by a printing means is shifted so that the tilt angle may be eliminated on the print.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily indicate a photographing viewing angle in a wide range from a wide angle to a telephoto or a printing viewing angle by pseudo zoom and to clearly present a part around a printing range by providing a field frame display means displaying size changeably by keeping a field frame so that a frame outside part may be in a light transmissive state. SOLUTION: Light passing through a liquid crystal display panel 154 functioning as a lighting type field frame display means is made incident on a half mirror 152 and transmitted therethrough. The panel 154 is used also as a means for displaying a variety of information other than the field frame within a finder. The panel 154 is arranged ahead of the mirror 152 so that its center may be aligned with the optical axes of oculars 161 and 159. The panel 154 is driven by a dedicated driver so as to selectively display one of the field frame for 3 power, the field frame for 2 power and the field frame for 1 power. Thus, the field frame is kept so that the frame outside part may be in the light transmissive state, and the size is displayed changeably.

Namely, the lens 43 is moved between a position where it is combined with the optical system 31 and a position where it is separated therefrom.

The real focal distance of the photographic zoom lens and the pseudo zoom magnification β are decided by a controller in accordance with the finder magnification α. In the case the finder magnification α is within the extent of 1 to 2, the real focal distance of the photographic zoom lens is controlled so as to correspond to the finder magnification α within the extent of the shortest focal distance f1 and the longest focal distance f2, and also, the pseudo zoom magnification β is controlled to be '1' which shows that the pseudo zoom photographing is not executed. In the case the finder magnification a becomes >2, the photographic zoom lens is fixed at the longest focal distance, and the pseudo zoom magnification β is decided by satisfying α=(f2/f1).β.

SOLUTION: Within the extent of the maximum variable power rate of the zoom lens, only the zoom lens optical system is operated, and when a zooming lever is operated beyond the maximum variable power rate of the zoom lens, the pseudo zooming function is actuated. As for the variable power rate of the zoom lens when the pseudo zooming function is in use, the variable power is moved backward and forward near the maximum variable power, and the pseudo zoom magnification is set so that the overall magnification may be continuously increased little by little so as to compliment the variable power of the zoom lens. The variable power rate of the finder is smoothly shifted in accordance with the overall magnification so that the photographer may not be conscious of the pseudo zoom magnification.
