A knob 25 of a center and an opening 26 expanding from the knob are divided by a cutting line 27 in the closing piece 15. Portions in both sides of the knob 25 of the closing piece 15 are bonded to the closing piece 14. In a center of the ridge line of a boundary between a top face 13 and the closing piece 15, the ridge line is curved (13A) so that it is recessed as seen from the top face 13, thereby a top part 13B of the closing piece 15 is recessed, and since it is inclined from the opening 26 to the knob 25, the knob 25 is separated away from a surface of the closing piece 14, and a gap G is formed there.
