    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclamation structure of waste and a reclamation method thereof which excludes to the utmost, such a danger that the seepage water generated from the waste which is buried in a controlled final disposal site contaminates the surrounding environment.
      SOLUTION: This reclamation structure of waste and reclamation method thereof is used for burying the waste by one step or successively over a plurality of steps in the upper direction at every partition formed by parting a hollow part for charging the waste with a partitioning dam. Therein, further, a drainage path is disposed on the normal surface of the hollow path and receives the rain water which falls on a temporary impervious sheet with which the waste in the partition which is already completed in reclamation is covered and flows thereinto and the rain water which falls on the partition which is not yet reclaimed and discharges the same into a disaster preventing adjustment pond, etc. Further, the seepage water which is generated by that the rain water which falls within the partition in reclamation is brought into contact with the waste is collected and is sent to waste collecting equipment. The treated water which is generated by the treatment with water treating equipment is sent to solar evaporating equipment, therein, the water content is evaporated and, at the same time, a nonvolatile content in the treated water is adsorbed onto a filter medium such as sand.
