The carrying roller 3 and the separation roller 4 are opposite to each other with the specifies distance therebetween. The distance is temporarily set to 2-5 times the thickness of the sheet S. The suction force P1 of the carrying roller 3 and the suction force P2 of the separation roller are set to satisfy the inequality of P1>P2.
