摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title lubricating agent containing a specific cyclic polyorganophosphazene compound, having excellent resistance to load and lubricating performance, hardly causing corrosion to metals, free from fear of pollution and capable of corresponding to speeding-up and automation. CONSTITUTION:Butyldiglycol, etc., and potassium hydroxide catalyst are charged in an autoclave and propylene oxide, etc., is fed thereto while heating under pressure and butyldiglycol is reacted with propylene oxide and then an alkali content is neutralized with phosphoric acid and the product is recovered and dissolved in toluene, etc., and sodium metal and phosphonitrile chloride trimer are added thereto and these components are heated and refluxed for 4hr and after the reaction is over, the produced NaCl is separated and the solvent is distilled off to provide a polyorganophosphazene compound expressed by the formula [(n) is 3-4; X and X are the formula R -(OR )a-O- (R is 1-12C alkyl, etc.; R is 2-4C alkylene, etc.; (a) is addition mole number)]. Then the compound is as necessary blended with a mineral oil, etc., to provide the objective lubricating agent for metal working containing 0.05-100wt.% compound expressed by the formula.
