It contains a specific fluorescent substance of 0.1-5 wt.% in terms of the polyolefin based resin composition in the whole layers of the film. In the agricultural multilayer film, when the content rate (wt.%) of the fluorescent substance in the intermediate layer is X, the content rate (wt.%) of the fluorescent substance in the inner layer is Y and the content rate (wt.%) of the fluorescent substance in the outer layer is Z, X>Y and X>Z.

Any of a red light-emitting diode, blue light-emitting diode, white light-emitting diode and combinations thereof can be employed as a light-emitting diode, but specifically the combination of the red light-emitting diode and the blue light-emitting diode is preferably employed because the blue light assists growth of the plant to contribute stalk extension and floral bud formation, and the red light promotes photosynthesis.
